As the Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of Northpark Shopping Centre in Adelaide. With a deep understanding of the asset and exemplary delivery of business plans, reporting, strategy execution and stakeholder engagement, you’ll be providing a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage the centre’s day-to-day operations and overall performance.
Deliver the centre’s Business Plan objectives and budget, adding value to the investment.
Operate the centre according to good retail property principles to increase sales, foot-traffic, and return on investment for the owner.
Provide superior client service for clients allocated as your responsibility; ensure staff reports reflect the same service standards.
Strategically consider tenancy mix and attract retailers accordingly.
Drive redevelopment programs to expand tenancy mix and asset returns.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with Owners, retailers, staff, and co-workers.
Experience with stakeholder management and commercial awareness to identify opportunities that drive income and centre performance.
Minimum requirement: Certificate of Registration as Real Estate and Business Sales Representative valid within the state of South Australia.
