With a strong and active pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join a high‐performing team and contribute to complex, city‐shaping developments.
You'll be part of an experienced and collaborative team, gaining exposure across the full development lifecycle – from planning and design through to construction, delivery and settlement. The role offers a hands‐on environment with real responsibility and clear progression within a well‐established platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Support projects across the development lifecycle including planning, design coordination, delivery and settlements
* Assist with budgeting, cashflow management and project reporting
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, councils and authorities to maintain program and approvals
* Assist with preparation and management of DA, CC and planning submissions
* Track design development, manage documentation and contribute to value management initiatives
* Support construction phase activities, including progress tracking and issue resolution
* Prepare internal reporting, analysis and briefing materials
* Assist with marketing, sales coordination and settlement processes

About You
* 2+ years' experience in an Assistant Development Manager role
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning, Engineering or similar
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
* Commercially aware, proactive and detail‐oriented
* Confident communicator who works well in a team environment
