You’ll manage patient care, support service design, and help shape safe, cost-effective practice while building skills in teaching, research and quality improvement. • Deliver day-to-day patient care under consultant guidance • Manage inpatient and outpatient clinical workload • Lead clinical review and quality assurance work • Prepare reports and support service improvement • Teach and supervise junior doctors and students • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and referrers • Support research and evidence-based care • Join after-hours on-call roster About You You’re a capable clinician ready to contribute to a busy ENT unit, bringing sound judgement, strong communication and a collaborative approach to patient care, teaching and service improvement. • MBBS or equivalent with AHPRA registration • Postgraduate research qualification • Experience in ENT including head neck and robotic work • Supervise junior staff and work in multidisciplinary teams • Communicate clearly and build respectful relationships Why You’ll Love It Here - CALHN benefits that matter We know that a great career is about more than just the work you do, it’s also about the support you receive.
