Augusta AutoMall is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our busy dealership in Port Augusta. This is a great opportunity for someone with vehicle knowledge and strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

About the role
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our workshop and customers by providing accurate parts advice, sourcing parts efficiently and delivering a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities
* Provide accurate and timely parts advice to internal and external customers
* Interpret parts requirements and quote accurately on report sheets
* Procure parts not held in stock and source second-hand items when required
* Authorise parts and accessory sales to workshop repair orders
* Maintain gross profit margins in line with dealership targets
* Process invoices, orders and purchasing documentation accurately
* Follow up and resolve customer enquiries and requests
* Work closely with workshop and other departments to support dealership operations
* Maintain a clean, secure and well-organised parts department
* Adhere to Manufacturer and Dealership standards at all times
About you
* Well-developed communication and customer service skills
* Basic computer literacy
* Some technical knowledge of vehicles (trade background not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work well with internal teams and external customers
* Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
