Their services extend across Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking, and Accounting, delivering reliable and scalable support.

Duties and Responsibilities 
Prepare lender submissions 
Interact with customers to obtain all required deal information 
Analyse financial statements and payslips 
Liaise with brokers to clarify scenarios to provide the best outcome for the clients 
Cross-reference lender policy to find solutions 
Conduct serviceability assessments with various lenders 
Review each loan to verify that all documentation is available, accurate, andCompleted before preparing submissions to lenders 
Enter data into the CRM and produce lender compliance documents 
Email the home loan proposal and compliance documents to our clients for signing 
Prepare, package, and lodge home loan applications 
Action missing information and conditional approval lender requests 
Focus on obtaining lender unconditional approvals 
Assist clients in signing loan contracts 
Communicate with customers, buyers agents, and conveyancers to update them on the status of applications up until settlement 
Post-settlement tasks such as pricing and rate reviews 
Handling complex and/or urgent requests 
Admin tasks like email monitoring, chasing lenders for updates on applications and communicating with various lenders 
Must-have Skills / Qualification 
1–5 years of experience in Mortgage Loan Processing 
Must have worked with Australian mortgage clients 
Experience handling end-to-end loan processing: servicing, borrowing capacity, credit assessment, deal workshopping, lodgement through settlement. 
Experience across different loan types (PAYG, Self-Employed, SMSF– nice to have but not mandatory) 
Experience in using mortgage loan processing system (i.e Quickli, AFG Flex, or BrokerEngine) 
Good English communication skills (verbal & written) 
Must Have a stable internet connection and a back-up 
Preferred Skills and Competencies 
Should be processing at least 10 loans per month 
Preferably female (but open to considering male candidates) 
Ideal age is around late 20s' to early 30s. 
Behavioral Competency 
Ability to work independently but also coordinate effectively with brokers and clients 
Must be reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
Must be in good health and able to sustain focus and productivity 
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent 
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM to 4PM (Manila Time) or 9AM to 6PM (Manila Time) 
Location: Work-From-Home
