Account Executive Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with corporate and mid-market clients in a reputable broking house on the Gold Coast. The role involves developing skills and building a solid reputation as a highly regarded Account Executive.

You will be supporting the General Manager with an established portfolio and assisting with the management of renewals and new business placements. This includes liaising with internal stakeholders to identify, manage, and execute new client acquisition opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the General Manager with a portfolio of corporate and mid-market commercial insurance
* Processing new business, renewals, and policy preparation and maintenance
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify and manage new client acquisition opportunities
* Working with clients to identify insurable risks and formulate loss mitigation strategies
* Growing the existing portfolio organically through quality service delivery and referral networks
Requirements:
* Tier I qualifications or near completion
* 1-3 years experience working within the General Insurance industry, ideally as an Assistant Broker or Account Executive
* Commercial lines and/or financial lines experience
* An innate desire to act with integrity and passion in new business development
* Confident communication skills both written and verbal
* A willingness to work as part of a collaborative team
