**Responsibilities**:
- Marketing strategy development and implementation: (positioning, products, pricing and place (4Ps))
- Competitor benchmarking
- Product analysis (threats, substitutes and competitors)
- Evaluate and prioritise market opportunities
- Market segmentation
- Channel determination
- Marketing plans (including budgets, goals, objectives and measures)
- Marketing plan execution (manage digital channels, develop product collateral (brochures)
- Brand content and recognition (advertising)
- Organise Exhibitions

- Business to Business Marketing

- Equipment/Product Marketing
- We don't do any service work
**To be successful**:
- A tertiary level qualification in business, marketing, or other areas relevant to the position, or proven experience working within related marketing roles
- 2+ years' work experience in a similar role is desirable
- Experience with research using data analytics software
- Experience in multi-channel marketing
- Experience working with creative and media agencies is desirable
- Familiarity with B2B Marketing and Product Marketing is desirable
- Intermediate to high level general computing skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Excellent organisational skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities and demonstrated ability to make effective decisions
- Customer orientated, capable of competently liaising with internal staff and customers in a professional and pleasant manner
- Appetite for continual learning within managing people and resources
- Goal orientated, effective time management and strong drive for results, enabling set deadlines to be met
- Ability to multi-task people, events and systems activities to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
