Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to join our team. This role will involve leading high-value contract negotiations, securing optimal terms and conditions across a range of contract types.

About the Role:

As the Commercial Lead, you will provide pre-contract commercial support across all business units, working with project teams to plan, manage and execute contract negotiations. You will collaborate closely with key advisors and specialist consultants, including internal and external legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead high-value contract negotiations to secure optimal terms and conditions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of negotiating high-value, complex infrastructure contracts. You should also have a strong understanding of various contract structures, risk allocation, and strategic procurement decisions.
