* Prioritise workloads whilst ensuring our clients' needs are met.
* Continue to build and develop your professional profile across NSW.
* Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, Building Codes, and client specifications.
* Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

* Have hydraulic building services work experience within the consulting or engineering industry.
* Hold design and building practitioners accreditation.
* Self‐management skills will be as important as your technical design and project management abilities.
* Ideally be well connected within the industry and able to foster client relationships.
* Technically strong in terms of understanding the key elements of the design and construction associated with Hydraulic Engineering works.
* Ability to make quality business decisions.
* Ability to multitask and deliver high‐profile projects in a timely manner.
