ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of our Production Specialist isn’t just like any production role – it requires commitment to our global strategies, travelling to our incredible global suppliers to align with our journey and passion about delivering the incredible quality product that our customers know and love us for through partnering with our product developers.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Specialist to join our team to support the Wovens category. Here are some of the key objectives you’ll be working on, alongside your team:
1. Sustainability : The production specialist plays an integral role in our commitment to reducing impact across our supply chain. You will deliver products made with responsible fibres, materials and production processes that will overall impact our commitment to be carbon neutral by 2030.
2. Global Suppliers : Our production is in multiple countries, and we are always looking for new production markets to elevate product, quality, and margin. This role is key in supporting existing and new supplier partners to be successful at Cotton On, coaching and developing them to be their best.
3. Quality : We don’t just want good quality; we want awesome quality in our product. You can impact this by developing and elevating our quality for our customer.
4. Partnerships : We have our product development team working on the day-to-day production. Your role is key to have the overview, mitigate any risks, and ensure the teams can deliver products on time for our product launches, be it the next Sydney Sweeney activewear campaign, King Stingrays collab, Sea Shepard collab or the Bailey Smith launch. We hope you love coaching and developing people, as this is key to the role’s success.
