ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an optimistic, ultra-organised Department Assistant to support our Country Brand Manager and Retail Leadership Team. In this fast-paced, fun, and dynamic retail environment, you'll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly, creating structure in the fast moving environment, planning with precision, and keeping the team one step ahead. From managing complex diaries to coordinating meetings and supporting cross-functional projects, you'll play a vital role in helping our leaders stay focused, effective, and inspired.

Your day-to-day might look like:

• Providing high-quality admin and functional support to our Country Brand Manager and team leaders

• Managing a busy calendar, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel and accommodation

• Supporting department operations and keeping our internal rhythm running smoothly

• Preparing documents, reports, agendas and presentations with accuracy and polish

• Building strong relationships across the brand and being the go-to for all things Retail

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience as an EA, or Department Assistant

• Next-level organisation, admin and time management skills

• The ability to juggle priorities, problem-solve, and stay cool under pressure

• A natural curiosity for how things work and how we could work better

• A team-first mindset with genuine care for people and relationships

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint)

• Bonus points if you've worked in a fast-moving retail or head office environment
