Your Role
As a Developer, you will work closely with our development team to ensure that our technology solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Your key responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain software programs tailored to the banking industry
Collaborate with banking stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Troubleshoot and debug software defects
Test and validate software to ensure it meets specifications
Collaborate with other developers to design and implement features
Participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards
Maintain documentation including technical specifications and user manuals
Provide ongoing support to end-users for software operation
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance banking software
Stay updated with emerging technology trends relevant to banking
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in software development within banking, insurance, or financial services
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of SDLC and project management principles
Strong documentation skills, including creating technical specifications and manuals
