Campaign Coordinator At our dynamic organization, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting and delivering key initiatives across consumer community engagement, review management, trial logistics, and membership onboarding. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising or media, retail, community management, or consumer engagement roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is essential. The ability to plan, organize, and coordinate activities so that deadlines are met, as well as excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, is mandatory. As a Campaign Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our community engagement and implementing our trial campaigns. This includes moderating consumer forums and inboxes to maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment, managing review moderation through Bazaarvoice, and supporting the onboarding of new members to ensure they understand and are engaged with the membership inclusion program and reward benefits. You will also assist with end-to-end trial logistics, from participant recruitment to review collection, work closely with internal stakeholders to support and execute User Generated Content (UGC) recruitment strategies, and collect and organize data from post-trial surveys, reviews, and usage feedback. A strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with and between multiple teams internally is required. Results oriented approach with a proven track record delivering against business objectives is crucial. A passion for beauty, lifestyle, or digital media industries is an advantage.
