Business Development & Marketing Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to join our national Business Development, Marketing & Communications team as a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator. The role will focus on supporting the marketing and administration requirements of the Director and the national team.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting the broad team on ad-hoc business development, marketing, and practice development strategies, and actioning outcomes;
* Supporting directory and award submissions, including managing the recording of submission results;
* Creating and updating marketing content across the team, including credentials, brochures, and CVs;
* Supporting marketing activities with relevant business and industry associations, including events, sponsorships, and merchandise / collateral;
* Assisting with client, industry, or practice-specific research;
* Working with the Client Systems team on maintaining the firm's CRM;
* Working with the Events Manager and BD team on guest lists for client events, including RSVPs, dietary requirements, and internal networking/BD opportunities; and
* Completing administration requests such as booking travel and expense and invoice processing.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
* Excellent administration and organizational skills;
* Experience working in and supporting a high-performing team;
* Strong attention to detail;
* Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure;
* Ability to work autonomously and interact in a team environment;
* Ability to interact at all business levels;
* Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
