Key Responsibilities :
* Providing education, training, and professional development to clinical and non-clinical staff.
* Supporting the implementation of evidence-based practices to ensure safe and effective care.
* Developing and delivering innovative and engaging education programs tailored to service needs.
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organisation.
* Acting as a mentor and resource for staff, fostering their growth and capacity to deliver excellence.
* Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, infection prevention, and other industry standards.
About You:
* Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessing (or willingness to obtain).
* Infection Prevention Control Lead Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in aged care nursing.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to develop and deliver effective education content.
* Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices.
* Proficiency in online learning platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Exceptional organisational skills, including managing competing priorities.
