This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys numbers, accuracy and structure — but also loves connecting with people. You'll support a high-performing IFM Investors retail asset (formerly ISPT), working closely with an experienced Centre Manager who will invest in your development.

What You'll Be Doing
A mix of finance administration + tenant coordination + customer interaction, including:
Preparing monthly tenant billings, recharges and supporting documentation
Entering and maintaining accurate financial data (tenancy schedules, aged debts, bank guarantees, insurances)
Processing purchase orders, invoices, contractor payments and utility contracts
Assisting with arrears management, reporting and financial reconciliations
Maintaining lease files, renewals, variations and compliance records
Greeting visitors and offering a professional, friendly first point of contact
Providing backup front-desk coverage and general office support
What You'll Bring
Experience in finance, accounts support or detailed administration
Confidence with numbers, spreadsheets and data accuracy
