Role Purpose 
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team at Vicinity.
In this role, you’ll support the delivery of Vicinity’s marketing strategy across our centres and teams, working closely with state teams, National Marketing, and our agency partners. You’ll help bring our brand to life by executing best-practice digital marketing initiatives — including social media, email marketing, website content, and paid campaigns — to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
Please note this is a fixed term contract position that will end on the 29th September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate regional digital marketing activities including social media management, website updates, EDM creation, and paid ad campaigns.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns across channels, including planning, monitoring, and post-campaign reporting.
- Develop and manage engaging social media content aligned with current trends and centre objectives.
- Localise and roll out content toolkits across social, web, and EDM platforms.
- Manage digital marketing requests from centre teams and the National Marketing team.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance to achieve business objectives and KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing best practice, trends, and competitor activity, sharing insights with key stakeholders.
