About the Role
Lead the sales and revenue generation strategy across accommodation, conferencing, and food & beverage. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and maximise revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and increase revenue
* Lead the RFP process including rate strategy, bid submissions, and negotiation for key accounts
* Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, associations, and event agencies to drive new business opportunities
* Develop and grow the MICE segment through targeted initiatives and creative campaigns to increase revenue
* Partner with the Revenue Manager to analyse trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategy to optimise yield and revenue
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and revenue generation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
