Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team. This role involves leading and supporting a team of Room Attendants and Housepersons, coaching and mentoring colleagues, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of Room Attendants and Housepersons
* Coach, train, and mentor colleagues to deliver exceptional service
* Oversee daily operations, including room allocations and inspections
* Manage rosters and ensure effective team scheduling
Requirements:
* Previous experience in housekeeping supervisory role within hotels
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire a team
