Led by our owner operator instructors, Claire and David Gunther, we focus on clinical, therapeutic Pilates. We believe that every body is different, which is why we focus on strong individual connections to help clients build long-term, excellent movement habits. Operating from our beautiful, light filled, fully equipped boutique studio in Manuka, we create a warm and supportive social environment.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate and qualified clinical Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, clinical-based instruction across our Private and Semi-Private (small group equipment) sessions. You will tailor personal programs to meet individual goals, support injury rehabilitation, and empower clients to improve their mobility and overall wellbeing.
Qualifications & Experience
To maintain our high standard of evidence-based practice, we are looking for instructors with comprehensive training from leading industry providers.
What we are looking for:
* Clinical Pilates Instructors with a Comprehensive Pilates equipment instruction qualification from either Polestar, BASI or Pilates International.
* Alternatively: If you hold a comprehensive qualification that covers most of the large Pilates equipment such as that offered by another mainstream instructor training organisation (such as STOTT), we would also be interested to speak with you.
* Proficiency and experience training clients across all small Pilates apparatus and all large studio equipment, specifically:
* Reformer
* Trapeze Table
* Wunda Chair
* Ladder Barrel / Spine Corrector

Requirements
Must be legally entitled to work in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid working visa).
