Head Pastry Chef – New Flagship Opening | Melbourne
We're seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry direction of a agile new venue in Melbourne; you'll work closely with the Executive Chef to define, deliver and create for multiple outlets and offerings.

The Lodge Little Collins - Perched on the first floor, The Lodge Dining Room offers an elevated fine-dining experience, centred around a thoughtfully curated tasting menu. The space is grand in scale yet intimate in detail—an impressive destination that balances elegance with warmth. The menu reflects true craftsmanship and finesse, showcasing the very best of premium Australian produce, prepared with precision and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the planning, preparation, and production of all pastry items
- Manage and inspire a high-performing pastry team
- Drive innovation with seasonal, original pastry creations
- Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate ingredient rotation and stock for seamless daily operations
