An exciting opportunity exists for a Company Secretarial Administrator to join a dynamic Corporate Secretarial Services team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in ASIC compliance and corporate secretarial administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
You will play a key role in supporting Company Secretaries and Assistant Company Secretaries in delivering high-quality corporate secretarial services and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide administrative and compliance support to Company Secretaries and Assistant Company Secretaries.
* Prepare and lodge ASIC forms and documentation.
* Compile and distribute client board packs.
* Maintain and update internal and client registers.
* Process ASIC annual company statements and solvency resolutions.
* Provide general advice to clients on ASIC compliance matters.
* Maintain accurate billing records and compliance registers.
* Handle general administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and data entry.
* Support internal systems and ensure data accuracy across all platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of ASIC forms, processes, and compliance obligations.
* Familiarity with the Corporations Act and corporate governance best practices is highly regarded.
* Experience preparing and collating board packs.
* Client-facing experience is preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
