We are seeking an organised and results-driven Rental Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end performance of our rental operations. You will ensure fleet safety, compliance, and optimal utilisation while coordinating teams, processes, and assets to deliver a reliable customer experience.
You will act as a key coordinator for people, processes and assets to deliver a reliable customer experience. You will also be accountable for driving strong financial outcomes through disciplined fleet management, cost control, and proactive decision making.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver rental revenue and margin through effective operational and cost control.
* Monitor performance, identify trends, and take proactive action to meet targets.
* Oversee fleet utilisation, availability, and inventory accuracy.
* Coordinate transport operations to ensure efficient, timely service delivery.
* Plan fleet, logistics, and workshop activity to meet demand.
* Identify risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain high customer service standards through clear, timely communication.
* Lead and support team members to achieve business outcomes.
Skills & Experience
* Relevant industry experience (preferred).
* Strong attention to detail.
* A results‐orientated mindset with a drive for quality customer service and continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Proven problem‐solving, analytical and project management skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred).
