As a member of our National Office team on the beautiful Gold Coast, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents' accounts are maintained and payments are processed accurately and timely.
Job Description
* Administer customer accounts including collections
* Answer customer billing queries
* Making outbound calls to residents and their families
* Process payment reconciliations
* Prepare month-end and ad-hoc reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in accounts receivable/billing
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to empathise with others and be respectful at all times
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles
* Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is essential
* Confidence to have transparent discussions and negotiate
* Proven ability to work to and meet deadlines
