Employment Type: Temporary Full Time, 38 hours per week until 30 Jun 2028
Remuneration: $2,240.23 - $2,312.82 per week + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality physiotherapy care with autonomy, complex case management, and opportunities to shape innovative service models.
* Evaluate and enhance programs, contribute to best practice frameworks, and influence the future direction of physiotherapy services.
* Supervise Level 1/2 Physiotherapists, support AHAs, and guide students through teaching, coaching, and clinical leadership.
Qualifications
* You demonstrate advanced assessment, clinical reasoning and decision-making skills, particularly in managing complex or novel presentations.
* You confidently support and mentor Level 1/2 Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants and students, fostering a positive and growth-focused team culture.
* You have experience evaluating programs, improving models of care and contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
* You collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with clients, carers and colleagues.
* You are committed to ongoing professional development, reflective practice and delivering evidence-based care.
Selection Criteria
* Current Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Relevant clinical experience including demonstrated advanced practice skills and management of a complex Musculoskeletal caseload.
* Demonstrated experience in supervision and teaching of staff and/or students.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality improvement, research and service development activities.
