1. Measuring Out Meal Ingredients: You will be responsible for accurately measuring out meal ingredients according to recipes, ensuring that all dishes meet the required standards.
2. Prepping Various Ingredients: Preparing a wide range of ingredients such as fish and chicken is essential for delivering high-quality meals to our customers.
3. Cooking and Presenting Meals: Collaborating with the Head Cook to prepare meals, cooking and presenting them in accordance with recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space.
4. Cleaning Up: Cleaning up the kitchen space after each meal, ensuring the prep area and kitchen are spotless at the end of each shift.
5. Stock Management: Updating stock records, rotating stock, using it as per procedures, and properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures.
6. Communication: Communicating stock levels to the Head Cook and other relevant staff members to ensure seamless operations.
