As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting a busy operations team, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys being part of a supportive, high-performing team.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our high-performing team and deliver exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting daily service operations and maintaining high service standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Answering and directing incoming customer calls
* Contacting customers to gather additional information when required
* Assisting customers by troubleshooting issues via phone and email
* Reviewing and directing incoming emails and support enquiries
* Accurately entering and updating data across multiple systems
* Providing administrative support to the Administration Manager as required
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service role
* Knowledge of solar and battery systems is highly regarded (but not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional phone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers
