Cooee Water is a growing, family-owned Australian business seeking an experienced Lead Service Technician to join our supportive team.

About the Role
This is a hands-on field service role working independently across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, with most work occurring north of Brisbane.
You will service, maintain, and install a range of commercial water systems while delivering outstanding customer service in a B2B environment. You will be supported by our Maroochydore head office while managing your own schedule day to day.
Key Responsibilities
* Service and maintain water coolers including filter changes, cleaning, and general maintenance
* Install, repair, and service boiling and chilled systems (Zip, Billi, and similar)
* Complete safety and functionality checks on all equipment
* Deliver professional, customer-focused service on site
* Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements
* Represent Cooee Water to a high professional standard

About You
You are reliable, organised, and take pride in your work. You are comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team.
Essential:
* Current Australian C-Class driver's licence
Highly Regarded (Not Essential):
* Minimum 3–5 years' relevant service technician experience
* Knowledge with Zip and/or Billi systems
* Plumbing experience or licence
* Restricted electrical licence
* Field service or multi-site technician experience
