* Coordinate project activities with senior project managers, group manager, and division manager to ensure timely completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 12+ years of experience in civil engineering and site development.

* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.

* Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.

* Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of NC.

* Excellent communication, written, oral, and client relation skills.

* Understanding and knowledge of applicable codes.

* Experience in project management, including design cost control, project budget control, and quality assurance/quality control.

* Able to successfully manage staff both individually and as teams.

* Experience working with public agencies, private entities, and/or municipalities.

* Design experience with site development and other best practices.

* Strong organization and leadership skills.

* Accustomed to working in a team environment on challenging projects.
