Client Manager Job Description
BIG DOG MARKETING is a leading marketing company in Australia, offering a diverse range of products and campaigns.
We are looking for two Client Managers to join our ranks. These professionals will work hand-in-hand with financial advisors to onboard clients who have an interest in improving their Superannuation.
The role involves closing 1 out of 3 new prospects per day, which are booked and calendared by another internal team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a sales approach to calls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Closing deals with existing leads
* Providing top-notch customer service
* Maintaining accurate records
* Attending training sessions to improve skills
About You:
We are seeking candidates with at least three years of experience in sales, preferably in the Superannuation industry. You should be well-presented, highly organized, and possess a 'get-the-job-done' attitude.
