Who we are after:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our team. This role is full time.
Reporting directly to the Directors, the Finance Officer is responsible for day-to-day management of our Finance and Administration tasks. This includes, data entry, accounts receivable, payroll, compliance and ensuring master data integrity across all systems. These systems currently include Xero, Salesforce, HR Central and our banking platforms.

What you will be doing:
- Managing the banking reconciliation process
- Controlling accounts receivable
- Payroll processing and reporting
- Finance administration and reporting
- Preparation and lodgement of all statutory requirement (BAS/IAS/ Workcover)
- Preparing the month end reports
- Ensuring data integrity across all systems – Xero, Salesforce, HR Central

Your Experience:
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience should include:
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting
- Minimum 3+ years’ work experience in a similar role in an Australian SME
- Experience working with Xero & Salesforce platforms
- Proficient in payroll processing (Xero)
- Prior experience in preparation and lodgement of all statutory requirement (BAS/IAS/ Workcover)
- Prior hands on experience in Accounts Receivable
- Experience managing cash flow forecasting
- Experienced at compiling month end reports for management
- Advanced Excel skills
