Retail Merchandiser Opportunity
This role offers a flexible schedule allowing for school runs, appointments, and everyday life balance.
As a Retail Merchandiser, you will work with a Market Leading Confectionary Company to support sales performance, implement displays, maintain merchandising standards, and build relationships with stores.
1. Work directly with a Brand Representative to create quality Point of Sale displays in store.
2. Talk to stores about additional promotional space.
3. Report on tasks and submit quality photos daily via our StoreTrack App.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in retail merchandising. You will be working closely with a Territory Manager to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising strategies, maintaining stock levels, and building strong relationships with store staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
2. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales data, and other relevant metrics.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff, including communication, training, and feedback.
