Job Title: IT Support Specialist
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing support for enterprise customers with a focus on Microsoft 365 and associated systems.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender, Exchange Online, and other related tools.
* Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments including Active Directory and Group Policy.
* Administer and support virtualization platforms: VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve incidents implement improvements and optimize IT operations.
2. Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.
* Experience in managing and troubleshooting Windows Server environments.
* Proficiency in administering and supporting virtualization platforms.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
