* Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, supporting the Chef de Partie in daily operations, and ensuring consistent preparation of dishes that meet hotel standards.
* Prepare and present dishes that delight guests, following recipes, maintaining food safety practices, and supporting smooth service and quality cuisine.
