Sales and Business Development Role

As a Telephone Sales Representative, you will be the voice of our organization, handling inbound calls from potential customers in response to promotional campaigns or member needs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Handling new customer enquiries and membership applications.
* Providing clear, non-technical answers to enquiries.
* Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.
* Adhering to call quality standards and delivering First Call Resolution (FCR).
* Verifying customer identity and complying with regulatory requirements.
* Analyzing individual reporting on campaign progress and results with the Sales Team Leader.
* Establishing action plans to increase conversion rates.
About You

We are looking for someone who is dedicated to delivering a high level of service in all interactions with our members and staff.

The Ideal Candidate Will
* Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
* Be able to handle calls efficiently and effectively, providing accurate information.
* Be committed to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.
* Be able to analyze and report on campaign progress and results.
* Be proactive in establishing action plans to improve conversion rates.
