Job Title: Marketing Specialist - Product
About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist – Product to join our Marketing team at Stockland for our Residential Development business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diving into detail, can confidently manage core marketing processes, and wants to play a key part in shaping how our development products are positioned in the market.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales and enquiry momentum for our residential products.
* Support the delivery of product marketing activity including national and local campaigns, digital content, product releases and builder partner promotions.
* Collaborate closely with Development Marketing Specialists to ensure alignment between place and product messaging.
* Manage, maintain and source product content across key digital channels.
* Build strong relationships with builder partners and internal stakeholders in Sales, Development and Marketing teams.
* Analyse product data and market trends to guide future product improvements and marketing strategies.
* Play a key role in optimising our marketing processes and evolving how we take product to market.
About You:
* You have an appropriate tertiary qualification.
* You have relevant experience in a marketing or product role.
* You have a property industry background with another developer, home builder or similar.
* You have experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
* You have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
* You can manage multiple stakeholders, projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and stakeholders.
* You're a confident communicator with the ability to translate insights into action.
* You're a collaborative team player who takes initiative, demonstrates autonomy and is excited to contribute to a shared vision.
