Job Overview
This role involves working closely with operational teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with operational teams to develop budget plans, financial forecasts, and performance analytics.
* Deliver timely management reporting and variance analysis for both SFM and clients, focusing on key performance indicators.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with AASB16 lease accounting regulations, as well as manage lease registers.
* Lead quarterly and annual reporting cycles, including external client reporting, to provide accurate and reliable data.
* Analyse unit economics, such as cost-per-hectare, and assess cashflow forecasting, investment returns, and business opportunities.
* Support business growth through financial modelling, proposals, and valuation input.
* Identify and implement process efficiencies in reporting processes, and contribute to internal audits and certifications.
Required Skills:
