Community Nurse Job Opportunity
Job Description:
The Community Nurse works independently, managing a clinical caseload of approximately 25-30 clients. This involves collaborating with referrers, aged care services, specialists and carers to provide high-quality patient care.
* Providing wound care and management of complex wounds
* Managing IV medications via PICCS/TIVAD's, post-op drain management and PEG changes
* Navigating referrals to other community services and general practitioner liaison
