**Position Title**:Lead Clinician
**Classification**:Registered Nurse Grade 3, Social Worker Grade 2, Occupational Therapist Grade 2.
**Salary per fortnight (exc. super)**: $3,385.80 - $4,311.20
**Hours per fortnight**:64 - 80 hours (80 hours includes an ADO every 4 weeks)
**Employment Status**:Ongoing and Fixed term Full time and Part time positions available

We're looking for a passionate **Community Mental Health Clinician** to join the **Bendigo Adult Community Mental Health Team (BACMHT)** at the **John Bomford Centre**.
- In this role, you'll support adults experiencing mental health challenges by providing assessment, treatment, and recovery-focused care in the community. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you'll:
- Deliver individualised care and support plans- Provide therapy and psychoeducation to clients and families- Coordinate with other services and support discharge planning- Monitor mental health and medication effects- Contribute to community education and awareness
