Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented procurement professional to oversee the procurement and accounts payable functions for our organization.
This pivotal role requires expertise in managing end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely and compliant purchasing, maintaining accurate contract, supplier, and financial records, overseeing accounts payable, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements, and liaising with internal teams and suppliers to support seamless service delivery.
* Purchasing and Procurement: Oversee and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely and compliant purchasing
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate contract, supplier, and financial records
* Accounts Payable Management: Oversee accounts payable to ensure invoices are processed accurately and payments are delivered on time
* Cost Savings and Efficiency Improvements: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
* Liaison and Communication: Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to support seamless service delivery
