The Health and Community Services Directorate (HCSD) has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director to join our Recruitment team. In this leadership role, you will drive recruitment and retention strategies with a focus on continuous improvement, provide expert advice on complex workforce matters to senior executives and oversee the development of strategic policies and programs. You will represent HCSD at key forums, build strong partnerships across government, and with external stakeholders lead a dedicated team to deliver practical workforce solutions.
