Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive ERP sales in the mining sector. As a commercially driven software sales executive, you will be responsible for growing our market presence, winning new deals, and driving long-term value for clients.

Working closely with the pre-sales and delivery teams, you will design tailored solutions around our clients' ERP and consulting capabilities. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying and developing business opportunities, and representing our company at industry events and client site visits.

* Build and convert new business opportunities into successful sales outcomes.
* Represent our company as a trusted provider of ERP software and integrated solutions.

Key to your success will be your ability to maintain accurate CRM records, prepare professional quotes and proposals aligned with delivery timelines, and collaborate closely with implementation teams for seamless customer onboarding.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a Business Development Manager or Account Manager role in the ICT/software space.
* Consistent history of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
* Solid knowledge of the mining industry lifecycle.
* Software Sales experience.
* New Account Development.
* Sales Plan/Strategy experience.
* Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and CRM tools.
* Confident in engaging senior stakeholders with complex solution offerings.
* Experience selling ERP systems or enterprise software.
* Understanding of the software implementation process.
