Job Title: Caregiver Leadership Manager
This is a key leadership role that oversees the delivery of high-quality Home Care Services across Dubbo and the greater Orana region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Home Care Service to ensure safe, effective, and excellent care for clients.
* Support the 'Connect' model of care to enhance client outcomes.
* Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats.
* Monitor and improve service performance through data analysis.
* Develop and mentor a team of caregivers to achieve strategic goals.
* Continuously improve processes to enhance client satisfaction and quality of care.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
About You:
* A minimum of three years' experience in a senior healthcare or Home Care/Community Services role.
* Strong understanding of Aged Care regulations and funding frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for staff development.
* Ability to analyze performance data to drive improvements and make informed decisions.
* Resilient and proactive individual with strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
