 
        
        Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client for a full time, Permanent Opportunity based in Horsley Park. 
This role will be responsible for being the first point of contact for inbound calls, responding to customer enquiries, taking orders and supporting the sales representatives. 
The duties of the role will include but not be limited to: 
Manage incoming telephone calls & sales enquiries 
Process purchase orders & liase with suppliers 
Process supplier invoices 
Providing information to customers over the telephone and front counter 
Manage supply only and supply & install orders 
Maintain On Site Companion (OSC) for supply & install orders 
Process credit card payments received from customers 
Liase with internal and external stakeholders 
Provide support to the broader NSW team as required 
To be suitable for this role you will have: 
Excellent communication skills 
Minimum 2 years experience working in customer service. 
Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority. 
Solid time management, administration and organisational skills. 
Excellent attention to detail. 
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. 
Focus on delivering excellent customer service
