Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors, clients & contractors to the site prior to entry
- Management of Agency Personnel including timesheets, bookings & invoicing
- Processing of all purchase orders for the site
- Processing of Staff Leave Application Forms (Kronos/Excel)
- Maintaining clean and stocked Office & Kitchenette areas
- Archiving/Filing
- Day to day general operations as required
Roster/Pay
- Monday to Friday
- 8.30am – 5pm
- $30.16 p/h
- + 12% superannuation
- + Leave entitlements
