We are looking for team players that:
* Can provide genuine and meaningful customer service experiences for our customers.
* Are results oriented and love selling.
* Can work productively, both on their own and as part of a team.
* Will demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with merchandising stock and refreshing displays.
* Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2025.
What you will be doing:
* Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
* Completing tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
* Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.
