Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Supporting and promoting a strong safety culture at all times.
* Production of high-quality concrete using multiple systems and processes.
* Allocating and assigning loads to drivers.
* Stock management and coordination of deliveries.
* Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance.
* Yard maintenance and front-end loader operation.
* Forklift operation and manual handling of bagged products.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to physically perform all duties associated with the position.
* Driver's license and own transport is essential with front-end loader or forklift competency an advantage.
* Willingsness to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening.
