Job Description
As a Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of tailored end‑user service solutions, drive RFP responses, and collaborate across teams to ensure strategic alignment. Your expertise in EUC, endpoint management, and M365 will support innovative, customer‑focused solutions that meet enterprise needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end solutioning process for RFPs, including requirement analysis, solution design, costing, and presentation of end‑user services offerings.
* Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and craft tailored solutions that demonstrate value, innovation, and alignment with customer objectives.
* Work closely with sales, delivery, pricing, and technology teams to ensure solutions are feasible, competitive, and aligned with delivery capabilities and strategic goals.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in end‑user services to incorporate best practices and innovative approaches into solution designs.
* Develop high-quality solution documents, presentations, and responses that clearly articulate the value proposition, technical architecture, and delivery model to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Required Skills And Expertise
* 12+ years in IT services industry with proven experience in designing and delivering end‑user service solutions across large‑scale enterprise environments.
* Demonstrated success in leading and responding to complex RFPs/RFIs, including solution strategy, technical architecture, pricing inputs, and proposal writing.
* Experience in engaging with senior client stakeholders to understand business needs, present solutions, and influence decision-making during pre‑sales and solutioning phases.
* Hands‑on experience working with sales, delivery, finance, and technology teams to co‑create viable, cost‑effective, and competitive solutions.
* Familiarity with ITIL, ISO standards, and modern workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Intune, ServiceNow) with the ability to integrate these into solution designs.
* Strong knowledge of End User Compute (EUC), modern endpoint management, and deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 E5 support model.
* Proficiency in service desk metrics and tools, and experience in designing effective on‑site support solutions.
* Mandatory certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals.
