Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Brand Manager to lead our sales team and collaborate with the broader Metricon sales leadership. This role is based out of our Mt Waverley head office and involves travel.
Responsibilities
1. Lead a high-performing sales team
2. Develop and implement sales strategies for Metricon brands, including training and growth initiatives
3. Achieve sales targets and manage budgets
4. Report on sales performance and market activity
5. Motivate and manage sales staff and support training efforts
6. Analyze competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly
7. Maximize regional sales efficiency and develop team skills
