Job Description:
As a Senior Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing the firm's legal excellence and risk management framework.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify, describe, and estimate risks affecting the firm;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies;
* Develop and maintain the firm's operational risk policies and procedures;
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
* Provide expert advice on risk management best practices;
* Manage and monitor the firm's cyber security risk management framework and respond to any incidents;
* Collaborate with the General Counsel and other stakeholders to support the development of the firm's Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) program;
* Support the implementation of the firm's privacy impact assessments and AI risk assessments;
* Assist in developing and maintaining the firm's conflict assessment processes and manage the firm's response to conflicts;
* Ensure that the firm maintains a culture of continuous improvement and risk awareness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels. The successful candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and able to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
