The role of a Safety Health and Environment Quality Advisor is to conduct audits, inspect sites, assist in risk assessments, and lead incident investigations.
This position offers the opportunity to join multiple projects across Australia with varying work arrangements including 3:1 rosters.
Responsibilities
1. Conducting site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
2. Assisting in the development of risk assessments and management plans
3. Leading incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
4. Collecting and analyzing data on safety health and environment metrics
5. Communicating safety information to stakeholders through reports and presentations
Requirements
* Certification IV in Work Health and Safety or higher
* Current First Aid and CPR training
* Construction induction training (White Card)
* Current driver's license for Class C vehicles
* National Police Clearance
* Knowledge of NSW Work Health and Safety legislation and standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
